Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Vibrant Individuals for Betterment of Earth (VIBE), we value the trust you place in us by contributing to our cause. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for donations or other payments made to our organization.

Donations
All donations made to VIBE are considered final and non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, we utilize donations to further our mission and fund our projects. Once a donation is processed, the funds are typically allocated immediately to our initiatives, making it challenging to offer refunds.

However, we recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances, such as:

Technical Errors: If you made a donation in error or experienced a technical issue (e.g., double payment or incorrect amount), please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Fraudulent Transactions: If you believe that a donation was made fraudulently or without your consent, please notify us immediately, and we will investigate the issue.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at contact@vibe-foundation.org or call us at +91 9733779990 within 7 days of the donation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Recurring Donations
If you have signed up for recurring donations, you may cancel your recurring payment at any time. To do so, please:

Please note that donations already processed prior to cancellation will not be refunded.

Event Registrations and Sponsorships
If you have made a payment for participation in a VIBE event, sponsorship, or other specific activities, our refund and cancellation policy for these payments will be as follows:

Cancellation by the Participant: If you wish to cancel your registration for an event, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the event date. Any cancellation requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Event Cancellation: If VIBE cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the registration or sponsorship fees.

Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will process it as follows:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the transaction.
Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
